Kaela Eisenbarger, Founder
I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner, Postpartum Doula, and mom of two. I’ve spent my career in women’s health, starting in 2014, when I trained and worked as a postpartum doula. From there, I cared for women through labor and delivery, gynecologic oncology, and reproductive endocrinology.
I’ve always been drawn to whole-person care. Throughout my nursing career, I saw how much women needed more time, more education, and more encouragement than a typical appointment allows. That’s what led me to pursue my certification as an Integrative Health Practitioner through IHPI and to create Wholly Woman Wellness.
I believe the body has a remarkable capacity for resilience, and that nourishment, rest, movement, and stress all play a role in how well and whole we feel. I also believe every woman deserves to be informed, heard, and respected as she makes decisions about her own health.
I feel called to come alongside women in the most vulnerable seasons of life, from preconception through postpartum and beyond, with education, encouragement, and practical support.
To help every woman live whole
The name Wholly Woman Wellness carries both meanings on purpose: wholly, as in completely, and the echo of holy, as in set apart and worthy of care.
Our core values
You’ll be met where you are. I will always allow time to fully hear and understand your story before making any recommendations.
I’ll tell you the truth, with love, even when it’s hard to hear. You deserve a clear path forward, not just a comfortable one.
Everything here rests on the most solid foundation that doesn’t shift with the trend of the week.
Generous with time, attention, and care that is for every woman. That's why the Freely Given Fund exists.
